Mometasone Furoate & Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray
Flupirtine maleate is a non-opioid analgesic used for the treatment of acute and chronic pain. MONTASENSE AZ distinctive from traditional pain relief medications because it doesn't belong to the opioid class and therefore doesn't have the typical opioid-related side effects, such as respiratory depression and constipation. Flupirtine works primarily as a selective neuronal potassium channel opener, which indirectly modulates the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor activity. By doing so, it exhibits analgesic, muscle relaxant, and neuroprotective properties.
The drug was available in some European countries and others around the world but has faced scrutiny and regulatory review due to concerns about its safety profile, particularly regarding its effects on the liver.
